Aah… the new trend collections. As floral patterns is one of the new trends, it made me wonder. Curious I looked up on what one of my favourtie designers has created for S/S 2010, and I just love some of the bags. Her creations have that sometimes kitch but always funky yet classy attitude. Abit of punk, abit of class, a dash of sophistication and a sprinkling of fantasy makes the potion for her signature style.
I’m drawn to some of the clutch bags, like the Ebury Clutch Bag Flower . Perfect for adding a touch of colour to a simple oufit, or just to brighten a dull rainy day. Or the Yaya bag, simple understated glamour with a touch of lace embossed leather bag. The fine gold chains keep it girly, while the style of the bags give it some substance. The Yaya bag is like the classic black Chanel bag’s spunky little sister.
Shooooeeesss…… Ah, my love.. What can be more comfortable that rubber shoes? And because Vivienne Westwood rubber shoes are made in collaboration with Melissa, they are already perfumed so you don’t have to worry about smelly feet. The one with the rubber stamp (above) is from the S/S 2010 collection, and the others, called the ‘Orb’ are exclusive designs from the Lady Dragon style.
This blue Orb makes me think it’ll turn you into an Anime character when you wear them because it’s so ‘pop’. The peep-toe and adjustable slingback keep it looking sexy. They’re quirky but stylishly edgey at the same time. Being both water-proof and easy to clean, what more can you ask for from seriously fashionable shoes?
